3rd Street, Oakland

Space constraints are the norm in the bay area, so working with 4000 sq. ft. and 18 ft ceilings was a breath of fresh air. We stripped this big beautiful box down to the studs and revived it with a whole new identity to suit its vibrant new owners. We altered the floor plan to incorporate a powder room and opened some walls to keep the movement through the house fluid. The results were astounding!
