Utah Street

This 1978 home in the Mission District of San Francisco was completely gutted and remodeled. We removed two walls to create one large, bright kitchen/living space and added a laundry closet; a must for 3rd floor residents. What was once peeling wallpaper and old fixtures is now edgy design in an open layout.
