We act as your advocate through the entire construction process to ensure the end result matches your vision.

It’s tempting to start talking to contractors as soon as you decide that you want to renovate your home, but that’s putting the cart before the horse. The first part of your team you’ll need to get in place is your Architect or Designer. That’s where we come in.

What will this cost?

We charge an hourly rate for all services (no percentage of build out). We pass our discounts on to the client wherever possible and only charge a 10% markup if doing the purchasing.

Design cost varies widely per project, but after our initial site visit an estimated range can be made upon request. A more accurate estimate can be made post design study and General Contractors can give an idea of costs at that time as well.

What is the timeline?

Design time for a single family home (prior to construction) is typically around 2-4 months. This depends on the scope of work, permitting, the amount of decision makers, and the speed at which the client is comfortable going.
