Penny Royal

This Terra Linda Eichler was still gorgeous, but after 65 years, she could use a little sprucing up. We were careful not to lose her Eichler-ness, but needed to open things up a tad. So with some minor tweaks to the layout and usual fixture and finish overhaul, we brought this old gal into the 21st century.
